No Dead Zone Design

In the design process of Tritec, the application problems in the field of regulation and control are especially considered, the sealing principle of Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve is fully utilized, the butterfly plate does not scrape the seat when the valve is switched on and off, and the torque of the valve stem is transmitted directly to the sealing surface through the butterfly plate, that is to say, there is almost no friction between the butterfly plate and the valve seat, thus eliminating the common jumping phenomenon of opening a common valve. To eradicate the inability of regulation caused by various unstable factors such as friction in the low opening range of the valve, i.e. to eradicate the dead zone (insensitive zone), which means that Tritec can enter the controllable zone almost from zero opening to 90 opening. Its normal regulation ratio is more than two times that of the general butterfly valve, and its regulation ratio can be as high as 100:1 higher than zui. This creates a good condition for Tritec to be used as a control valve, especially in large caliber, the cost of globe valve is very high, in addition, the globe valve can not achieve zero leakage. In the case of emergency shutdown, the shutoff valve must be installed on the side of the globe valve. Tritec integrates control and shutdown, and its economic benefits are very considerable.

Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve seat installation structure has two kinds, most of which are installed on the butterfly plate for the convenience of drawing, but Tritec uses the body seat structure to install the seat on the body. Compared with butterfly plate seat, it greatly reduces the chance of direct contact with medium, reduces the degree of erosion of the seat, and prolongs the service life of the seat.
The non-dead zone design of Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve fundamentally eliminates the common jump phenomenon of opening common valves, and the structural design of butterfly valve seat effectively prolongs the service life of the valve seat.
